Dreamer

Näin jonkin aikaa sitten unta delfiineistä josta lähti idea näihin kynsiin. Lakattuani koko kynnen valkoiseksi töpötin randomeihin kohtiin ihan vähän vaaleansinistä - se ei näy kunnolla mutta antaa juuri haluamani utuisen taustan. Tein delfiinit 3D-muotilla, käytin kyseistä muottia ekaa kertaa ja se oli rasittavampaa kuin luulin, varmaan kymmeneltä delfiiniltä katkesi pyrstö... lopuksi lisäsin satunnaisiin kohtiin muutaman strassin ja mikrohelmiä sinne tänne.

I saw a dream about dolphins and got the idea for these nails. After painting the whole nail white, I dabbed a little bit of baby blue varnish in random spots - it doesn't show properly, but it gives excactly the kind of hazy background I wanted. I made the dolphins with a 3D-mold, I used this mold for the first time and it was more difficult than I expected, the tail broke multiple times... for the finish I added a few rhinestones and microbeads here and there.
